Become a member of MadMethod for access to live and on demand Dance Cardio and Sculpt classes! Workouts range from 5 to 60 minutes and can be streamed from anywhere on any device! New workouts are added each week to the on demand library. Working a full time corporate job, Madelaine understands the importance of time and does not waste a second in her classes. MadMethod is comprised of four class types:
Dance Cardio: nonstop follow along athletic dance moves designed to elevate your heart rate mixed with standing legs and arms to tone your body head to toe. Whether you are a dancer or not this class is guaranteed to make you smile as you move to the beat of the music!
Sculpt: unique sculpting moves that will tone your arms, abs, legs & booty. Don’t be fooled by light weights, ankle weights, sliders and bands as you will absolutely feel the burn for days following class! Sculpt is Madelaine’s favorite!
Hybrid (Dance & Sculpt): this is your combo class. Madelaine loves appetizers for dinner so think of this like getting a taste of everything she has to offer. You will leave feeling sweaty, sore and accomplished post a hybrid!
Stretch & Sculpt: this is the perfect class to do on a rest day where you want to sweat a bit but you also want to stretch it out. Think increased flexibility, longer, leaner muscles and an overall relaxed vibe following class. Madelaine’s go to class on Sundays!
Meet Madelaine!
I am not what you would call your average fitness instructor! What started as my college work study job teaching fitness classes has evolved into a true side hustle and passion project of mine. I am a Managing Director and head of the Debt Private Placement syndicate desk at a global investment banking firm currently and have been working in finance since I graduated from Boston College in 2012.
I began my NYC fitness career post college in 2013, which is when I started teaching Dance Cardio, Sculpt and Bounce classes at the Bari Studio. In 2018 I left the Bari Studio and began teaching at Bandier’s Studio b and Project by Equinox. Following that I taught on Obe Fitness.
Outside of working too much, I am always down for a glass of prosecco, pizza, beach days and NYC nights out with my girls! I am currently splitting my time between Austin, TX, NYC and Montauk where I live with my husband James and 8 year old frenchie Mattis, who loves making guest appearances in class!
